1. Purpose and Scope
This Policy sets out the procedures and legal responsibilities for all users who submit or upload any content to this website ("the Platform"), operated by Climaxx Media Ltd ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). The Policy applies to all photographs, videos, written material, or other media ("Content") submitted for casting, audition, or promotional purposes.
By using this Platform and submitting any Content, you agree to comply fully with this Policy, our Terms of Use, and all applicable laws of England and Wales.
2. Age and Identity Verification
(a) All persons featured or participating in any uploaded Content must be 18 years of age or older at the time the Content was created.
(b) Prior to acceptance or publication of any Content, Climaxx Media Ltd requires:
- A valid, government-issued photographic identification document (passport, driving licence, or national ID card).
- A clear, current selfie or likeness verification image for comparison.
- A signed Model Release and Consent Form confirming age, identity, and voluntary participation.
(c) We may use third-party verification partners (such as Veriff, Yoti, AgeChecked, or Onfido) to confirm the authenticity of submitted documents.
(d) Any attempt to falsify or misrepresent age or identity information constitutes a breach of this Policy and may result in account termination and referral to law enforcement authorities.
3. Zero Tolerance Policy for Illegal Content
(a) The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards:
- Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE)
- Non-consensual sexual content or "revenge pornography"
- Image-based sexual abuse
- Human trafficking, coercion, or exploitation of any kind
- Any material that violates the Protection of Children Act 1978, the Obscene Publications Acts 1959 & 1964, or the Sexual Offences Act 2003
(b) Any suspected illegal or prohibited Content will be:
- Immediately removed from our systems.
- Reported to the National Crime Agency (NCA) and/or Child Exploitation and Online Protection Command (CEOP).
- Referred to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) for independent investigation.
- Preserved as evidence in compliance with legal obligations.
4. User Responsibilities
By submitting Content to the Platform, you:
- Warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to submit the material.
- Confirm that every individual depicted is 18 years of age or older, and that you hold the necessary documentation to prove this.
- Acknowledge that you are the rightful owner or have full rights and consent to upload, distribute, and authorise use of the Content.
- Accept full civil and criminal liability for any false representation or illegal material you upload.
- Agree to indemnify and hold harmless Climaxx Media Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or penalties arising from your submissions to this website.
5. Content Moderation and Removal
(a) All uploads are subject to moderation before processing. The Company reserves the right to reject, edit, suspend, or permanently delete any Content at its discretion.
(b) Content may also be removed upon:
- Discovery or suspicion of age falsification or non-consensual activity.
- A formal takedown request under the Digital Economy Act 2017.
- A lawful request from law enforcement, regulators, or an affected individual.
(c) We maintain secure logs of all uploads, including IP addresses, geo locations, timestamps, and verification records, to assist in compliance and law enforcement cooperation.
6. Data Protection and Retention
(a) Verification data and identification documents are stored securely and in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.
(b) Access to verification data is strictly limited to authorised personnel only.
(c) Verification records may be retained for as long as legally required for audit, legal defence, or law enforcement purposes.
7. Cooperation with Authorities
Climaxx Media Ltd fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies, regulators, and industry watchdogs to detect, report, and prevent illegal material, exploitation, or abuse.
8. Breach and Termination
Any breach of this Policy will result in immediate termination of access privileges and referral to the relevant legal authorities. The Company reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies against any individual or entity violating these terms.

10. Legal Jurisdiction
