Every performer on Climaxx Media is identity checked by a person before approval. Three things must line up: the ID is genuine and in date, the selfie is really you, and the two match. Most rejections are blurry, cropped, glared or filtered images, and the fix is usually better light and no filter.
Why we make you do this
It protects you: producers browsing verified profiles know everyone is a real, consenting adult, which is why verified profiles get more attention. It protects the platform against fake and fraudulent accounts, and it is part of the record keeping the law expects of everyone in this industry. The few minutes it takes is the cheapest credibility you will ever buy.
What the reviewer checks
Three things, and all three must line up: your ID is genuine and in date, your face photo is really you, and both match each other. Most rejections are not suspicious, they are just unusable images. Blurry, cropped, glared or filtered submissions cannot be verified even when everything about them is honest.
The ID photo
- Use a current passport or driving licence, photographed flat, all four corners in frame.
- Daylight, no flash. Flash on a laminated card creates glare across exactly the details the reviewer needs.
- Every field must be readable when zoomed in. If you squint at your own photo, the reviewer will reject it.
- No fingers over the photo or the dates, and no screenshots of a photo of an ID.
The selfie
- Taken fresh on the day, facing the camera, in even light, with nothing covering your face.
- No filters, no beauty mode, no heavy editing. The point is that you match your ID, and filters work directly against you.
- Look like your ID photo within reason. Nobody expects the same haircut, but glasses on one and not the other slows things down.
Approval photos
Profile approval also needs photos that confirm your appearance honestly, and any nude content on your profile goes through human review before it is visible. The same principles apply: recent, unfiltered, well lit and genuinely you. Profiles built on heavily edited photos get booked by producers expecting the edit, which is a bad day waiting to happen on set.
If you get rejected
Read the rejection reason: it tells you exactly what failed. Nine times out of ten the fix is better light, a steadier hand or removing a filter. Fix that one thing and resubmit. If you genuinely cannot see the problem, contact support through your dashboard rather than resubmitting the same image and hoping.
What happens to the documents
Your ID and selfie go to a separate, access-controlled store, apart from your profile photos. They are never shown on your profile, to producers or to other members. If a verification is rejected, the documents are deleted within 30 days. See what we record and what we delete.
