When Am I Charged?
Your card is captured securely by Stripe at signup and held, not charged, while our team reviews each application within 24 hours. On approval your card is charged for your first period and your membership starts. There is no free trial. Withdraw before approval and no charge is taken; after approval you can cancel from your dashboard at any time.
How Does Annual Billing Work?
Choose annual billing at checkout to pay for a full year upfront. Indie works out at £287.90/year instead of £359.88, Studio at £479.90 instead of £599.88, and Pro at £959.90 instead of £1,199.88 (a 20% saving on all three). You can switch between monthly and annual from your dashboard at any time.
Are There Booking Fees On Top Of The Membership?
No. The monthly or annual membership is your only cost. There is no commission on bookings or productions, regardless of value.
Can I Cancel At Any Time?
Yes. All plans are monthly or annual. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. Access continues to the end of the billing period with no penalties.
What Is The Difference Between Indie And Studio?
Indie lets you post casting calls, receive verified applicants, and get a starter set of reach: 15 profile views per month and direct messaging (10 per month). Studio adds more reach: 50 profile views per month, 10 booking requests, 25 favourites and casting call access. All contact with performers goes through the platform messenger, and direct phone or email is never shared at any tier.
What Filters Are Available On The Platform?
The producer browse page lets you filter by gender, ethnicity, body type, age, location, availability, hair colour, eye colour, height, tattoos, piercings, and preferred scene types. All filters are available on every plan.
