Every performer must submit photo ID and a real-time selfie before their profile is published. Our admin team manually reviews each submission against the documentation. Profiles only go live once verification has been confirmed. The same process applies to creators submitting verification through the X OAuth or content-platform-link route.
Are you 2257 compliant?
Yes. Records of age verification are retained on file in line with 18 U.S.C. 2257 record-keeping requirements for productions intended for distribution where such records apply. Producer subscribers can request the records they need for compliance audits through their dashboard. Our public 2257 compliance statement is linked from the footer.
Are production crews DBS checked?
Yes. Crew members supplied through Climaxx Media for productions are DBS checked. This is a baseline safety standard we apply to anyone working on a Climaxx-coordinated shoot, in addition to the performer's own ID verification.
How is data protected?
Climaxx Media Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal data is processed lawfully and stored securely. Performers, creators and producers can access and export their data, and request deletion, through the dashboard. Our full privacy policy is linked from the footer.
Are payments secure?
All subscription billing is processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 service provider. Climaxx Media never sees or stores raw card details. Cancellations are handled through your dashboard with no penalty fees and access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Are there model release forms?
Yes. Standard model release templates are made available to producers within the platform. Adapt as needed for your specific production. The template is written to meet UK and EU legal requirements for adult content production. Producers can also upload custom releases if their distribution channel requires specific clauses.
How are complaints handled?
Complaints from any party in a transaction can be raised through the dashboard support channel. We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within seven working days where possible. Where a complaint involves consent or safety concerns, we treat it with priority and pause relevant accounts pending investigation.
