How we check the talent you can message
Every performer you can message on Climaxx Media has shown us a government photo ID and a live selfie, and a person on our team has checked both before the profile went live. Their date of birth is on our records. The documents sit in a separate store, apart from profile photos, and are never shown to producers or other members.
You still take your own ID copy and release on the day, as 2257 compliance for UK producers explains. What we add is a verified counterparty before you book: with the performer's agreement we can confirm to you that they were ID and age checked and when. We never send ID images to producers.
Verification decisions are written to an audit log that cannot be edited, and rejected documents are deleted within 30 days. See trust and compliance for what we record and what we delete.

When am I charged?
Your card is captured securely by Stripe at signup and held, not charged, while our team reviews each application within 24 hours. On approval your card is charged for your first period and your membership starts. There is no free trial. Withdraw before approval and no charge is taken; after approval you can cancel from your dashboard at any time.
How does annual billing work?
Choose annual billing at checkout to pay for a full year upfront. Indie works out at £287.90/year instead of £359.88, Studio at £499 instead of £599.88, and Pro at £959.90 instead of £1,199.88 (a 20% saving on all three). You can switch between monthly and annual from your dashboard at any time.
Are there booking fees on top of the membership?
No. The monthly or annual membership is your only cost. There is no commission on bookings or productions, regardless of value.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from your dashboard. Access runs to the end of the period you have paid for, first month included. There is no cancellation fee.
Will I be told before a renewal?
Yes. We send a reminder email three days before every renewal, and you can cancel from your dashboard in two clicks. Charges appear on your statement as Stripe: CM-UK.
How do I check a performer's ID?
Every performer you can message has been ID and age checked by a person on our team before their profile goes live. ID details are never shared through the platform. As is standard in the industry, you see the performer's ID in person on the day and take your own copy with the signed release.
What is the difference between Indie and studio?
Indie lets you post casting calls, receive verified applicants, and get a starter set of reach: 40 profile views per month and direct messaging (10 per month). Studio adds more reach: unlimited profile views, 10 booking requests per month, 25 favourites and casting call access. All contact with performers goes through the platform messenger, and direct phone or email is never shared at any tier.
What filters are available on the platform?
The producer browse page lets you filter by gender, ethnicity, body type, age, location, availability, hair colour, eye colour, height, tattoos, piercings, and preferred scene types. All filters are available on every plan.
