An AdultFolio Alternative
For UK Models And Performers

Everything we say about AdultFolio below is what any visitor could see on adultfolio.com on 13 October 2026. Sites change; if something here is out of date, tell us through the contact page and we will correct it.

What is AdultFolio?

AdultFolio calls itself "the professional network for the adult industry". It is a free-to-join portfolio and networking site for adult models, photographers and studios, run by Juliet Golf Bravo Group Limited from a London address. Members post images and video, collect references and post or answer casting calls from many countries.

It works well for what it is built for: photographers and models finding each other, swapping references and arranging shoots on their own terms. Its menu also carries A-v-B image votes, trending galleries and a Buy Clips section, so it is part community and part showcase. That is a different job from a casting agency, which is the point of comparing the two.

Does AdultFolio check ID?

Not to get past its age box. As of 13 October 2026, AdultFolio pages show an "Age Verification Required" notice that says you can pass it by creating an account, followed by the words "No ID required". On Climaxx Media every performer has photo ID checked before their profile goes live.

How a site checks age is its own call, and AdultFolio states its approach plainly. The practical difference for a woman deciding who to shoot with is that a profile there tells you nothing checked about the person behind it. Ours is the other way round: the ID check happens before a performer can be booked, and the producer only ever sees the stage name. Read more about how we run that on the safety guide.

What is on the AdultFolio casting board?

A mix. On 13 October 2026 the first page of AdultFolio casting calls held 18 listings: 11 in the UK and 7 abroad (Seattle, Baltimore, Breda, Berlin, Paris, Katowice, Colorado). Seven were models asking to be booked by photographers, three were content share or TFP, and five offered pay with a figure attached.

There was real UK paid work in that list, including a Bristol producer offering 350 for a shoot. But to find it you sift through models advertising their own availability, overseas calls and content swaps. On our porn jobs UK board the busiest filming towns are Bournemouth, London, Leeds, Southampton, Portsmouth, and collab calls sit in their own section so they never pass for a paid job.

How is Climaxx Media different from AdultFolio?

Climaxx Media is a UK talent agency and casting platform rather than a portfolio community. Producers post paid castings, most of which pay women £300 a scene and men £150 a scene, with the rate written on the casting. Performers have their ID checked, membership is a flat monthly fee, and we take no commission.

Pay on our board is agreed in writing before you say yes, and some producers pay up to £1,000 a scene. We take no cut of it. What we charge is a flat membership: Pro at £7.99 a month lets you apply to every casting, Elite at £19.99 gets you new castings 24 hours before anyone else. Women skip that for the first three months once approved. Full details are on the performer pricing page.

Where AdultFolio suits you better: if what you want is a portfolio, photographer contacts across Europe and the US, or TFP shoots to build a book, it does that and we do not try to. If you are weighing up other UK options too, we have compared PurplePort and AdultWork the same way.
